Vivian Hodorowicz of Lansing, Illinois formerly from the Roseland area of Chicago, Illinois, was the youngest daughter of Domenic and Grace (nee: Basile). She was the loving sister to the late Anthony (late Irene), the late Lorane (late Edward) Nedza, and Vincent (late Joanne) Panozzo. Vivian was the loving and devoted wife of Michael Hodorowicz, stepmother to late Catherine Hodorowicz, late Rebecca Hodorowicz and Sara M. Tripoli. Vivian was also the loving aunt to eleven nieces and ten nephews.

In life, Vivian exuded generosity, hospitality and kindness. She enjoyed the presence of family and friends. She was a dedicated care giver and household assistant to numerous senior citizens. She was also a diligent office worker in various locations locally as well as downtown Chicago. Vivian, to know her was to be enchanted by her vivaciousness and spirit and will be greatly missed.

Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 to 11:00 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial immediately following at 11:00 AM, DIRECTLY at St. Ann Catholic Church, 3010 Ridge Road, Lansing, Illinois on Friday, October 13, 2023 with Father Mark Kalema officiating. Vivian will be laid to rest with a private burial at Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery, Alsip, Illinois.
