Thomas David Price, Jr. age 64 of Hammond, Indiana formerly of Lansing, Illinois passed away Sunday, June 26, 2022. He is survived by his loving siblings: Kathy (Mike) Beyer, Linda (Rob) VanKley, David (Tammy) Price, Chuck Price, Daniel (Renee) Price, James Price, Michael Price, Cindy Price, Jay (Maria) Price, and Wanda Price and many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews his little buddies Jodie and Lily and very good friend Joanne. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents Thomas Sr., and Edith (nee Hogencamp) Price, loving sisters; Lori, Patty, Cheryl and nephew Shane.

Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home, 3227 Ridge Road, Lansing, Illinois from 4:00 to 7:30 PM, with funeral services immediately following with Deacon Jim Renwick officiating. Cremation to follow.

Thomas was a loving and caring son, brother, uncle and friend. He had a heart of Gold and he always extended a helping hand to anyone in need and asked for nothing in return. He worked for Quality Whole Sales for 30+ years then later worked at Food and Paper. Thomas was a Boy Scout and Eagle Scout in his younger years. He could fix and build anything just by looking at it. He enjoyed fishing and cooking especially Sunday Breakfast. Thomas had a servants heart he loved animals and always had a kind and gentle soul. Thomas was loved by many and he will be truly missed. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Thomas' name the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
