Terry Ray Hollis "Tex", age 74 of Lansing, IL, passed away on Friday, November 26, 2021. He is survived by his stepchildren: Carla (Kevin) Gibson, Kelly Fout-Gibson, and John Fout; brother: Randy (Cheryl) Hollis; and nephews: Keith (Meredith) Hollis, Eric Hollis, Eric (Kvetka) Marion, and Jason (Sarah) Marion. Terry was preceded in death by his parents: Harry and Delores Hollis; sons: Paul Hollis and Adam Hollis; and brother: Dale Hollis.

Friends are invited to visit with Terry's family on Saturday, December 11, 2021 from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM at the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home, 3227 Ridge Rd., Lansing, IL. Services for Terry will begin at 3:00 PM, with Deacon Jim Renwick officiating.

Terry honorably served our country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He worked in shipping for Roadway; enjoyed golf, motorcycles, and was a Chicago Bears fan.
