Patricia A. Duzek, age 63 of Lansing, IL, passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2026. She is survived by her son, Andrew (Brittney) Collins, daughter, Katie (Rhiannon) Cain, and step-daughter, Samantha Walker; grandchildren: Trace, Hunter, and Barrett Collins; sisters: Kathryn (James) Irvine and Jean (Robert) Wood; nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; and furbabies: Angel, Dixie, grandpups Gunner, Princess, Bandit, and Hades.

Friends are invited to visit with Patricia's family on Tuesday, April 28 from 3:00 – 8:00 PM at the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home, 3227 Ridge Rd., Lansing, IL. The funeral services for Patricia will be held on Wednesday, April 29 at 10:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Patricia will be laid to rest next to her brother Andrew in Cedar Park Cemetery in Calumet Park, IL. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations in Patricia's name to K9s for Veterans.

Patricia was an Operations Manager for Genox Transportation. She was very patriotic and raised several dogs for Veterans organizations and charities. She enjoyed gardening. She adored her grandchildren and was their biggest cheerleader.
