Mary-Beth Ferrebee (nee Owens), age 82 of Lansing, IL, passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. She is survived by her son, David C. (Candace) Ferrebee and daughter, Christine-Ann Ferrebee. Mary-Beth was preceded in death by her husband, David.

Friends are invited to visit with Mary-Beth's family on Thursday, April 16 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home, 3227 Ridge Rd., Lansing, IL. for a time of sharing stories and memories of Mary-Beth.

Mary-Beth graduated from California State Teacher's College in California, Pennsylvania and taught at O'Bannon Elementary School in Hammond, IN.
