Marie E. Kane (nee Powers), age 60 of Lansing, IL, passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2022. She is survived by her beloved husband of almost 40 years: James R. Kane; sister: Nancy Powers; and brother: Michael Powers; and many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and friends. Marie was preceded in death by her parents: Richard and Eileen (nee Ciprianni) Powers.

Marie was a dedicated wife. She was also a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She had worked as a clerk at Lansing Cleaners and Oak Glen Speedwash.
