Louis L. Krawczyk, 65, of Calumet City, passed away on Friday, June 21, 2024. He is survived by his cousins Bernadine and Robert Nash and Anita Kunken, as well as many other cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Theresa.

Louis was a long time member of the Knights of Columbus. He was a Fourth Degree Sir Knight and was Treasurer of the Coronado Council, as well as the Purser for the Cardinal Stritch Assembly. Louis attended Our Lady of Knock Catholic Church and was an usher there. Louis lived his whole life in Calumet City and was the Treasurer for the Calumet City Historical Society.

Friends may visit with the family on Monday, July 1, 2024 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home, 3227 Ridge Road, Lansing, Illinois. Funeral services for Louis will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 beginning with closing prayers at 9:15 AM at the funeral home, then processing to (Jesus Shepard Of Souls), Our Lady Of Knock Catholic Church, 501 163rd Street, Calumet city, Illinois for a 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial with Father Patrick Lyons officiating. Louis will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, Calumet City, Illinois. Louis was loved by many and he will be truly missed.
