Lawrence W. Banach passed away on Saturday, April 17, 2021. He is survived by his beloved daughter: Bridget Banach (Jay Kruger) and their children: Wyatt and Saoirse Kruger; and beloved daughter: Caitlin (Nicholas) Papadopoulos and their children: Pandora and Maisie Papadopoulos. Also surviving is his loving sister: Joan (James) Plonsey and their children: Timothy Plonsey and Jacalyn (Hilary) Smith and their daughter: Catherine. Lawrence was preceded in death by his parents: Walter and Rose Banach; and niece Marirose Plonsey.

Friends are invited to visit with Lawrence's family on Saturday, April 24 from 9:00 – 11:30 AM at the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home, 3227 Ridge Rd., Lansing, IL. We will then proceed to St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 8501 Calumet Ave, Munster, IN for a 12:00 noon Mass of Christian Burial. He will be laid to rest at a later date in Holy Cross Cemetery in Calumet City, IL.

Lawrence had worked for the United States Post Office as a Business Mail Entry Data Analyst. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother and uncle and will be dearly missed.
