Kary E. Aguilar, 18, of Lansing, Illinois passed away peacefully, at home with her mom by her side on March 29, 2025. Her love in life was watching reruns of "Friends" and Reality Tv shows, listening to oldies and spending time with mom. Kary was our precious gem that shined magnificently bright throughout her life. Thank you, GOD, for BLESSING us with Kary for 18 wonderful years.

She is survived by her mother Yesenia Garcia and her sister, Emily Garcia. Kary was dearly loved by her Grandpa,aunts, uncles, cousins, doctors, nurses, teachers and many,many friends.

Our sweet Kary will finally be reunited with her loving Grandma Delia Garcia and laid to rest by her side.

The Family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to Kary's healthcare team at Advocate Children's hospital, home healthcare nurses,therapists and Lightways for helping make Kary's transition as comfortable and peaceful for her and our family.

Friends are welcome to help celebrate Kary's life with the family on Friday, April 11, 2025 at the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home, 3227 Ridge Road, Lansing, Illinois from 3:00 to 7:00 PM.

Services for Kary will be Saturday April 12, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home. Kary will be laid to rest at Assumption Catholic Cemetery, 19500 South Cottage Grove Glenwood Illinois 60425. Kary was loved by many and will be truly missed. www.schroederlauer.com
