Judith Mae Matthys, age 66 of Lansing, IL, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2026. She is survived by her sister: Linda (Cliff) Seward, brother: Mike (Laurie) Matthys, and nieces and nephews: Sarah (Nicki) Rinaldi, Rachel (Jeremy) Spaccapaniccia, Adam (Katie) Seward, Cole (Haley) Matthys, Bret Matthys, Joe Calabria, Tony Calabria, and numerous great nieces and nephews. Judy was preceded in death by her parents: John and Rhoda (nee Dykman) Matthys, brother and sister-in-law: Mark and Barb Matthys, twin sister: Janet Matthys, and great nephew: Evan.

Judy worked in H.R. for Menzies Aviation. She was a much loved sister, aunt, and friend and will be missed.
