Jeffrey Alan Hoffmann, age 56, of Munster, Indiana formerly of South Holland, Illinois passed away Sunday, February 26, 2023. Jeff is survived by his beloved wife Lilly Hoffmann. Loving father of Tracey Hoffmann, (Jeff Bollinger) and Lori (Travis) Nau, cherished brother of Glen (Sue) Hoffmann. Cherished grandfather of Richard Sablick,Jr., Braydn and Mallory Bollinger, parents Reinhard and Janet Hoffmann, fond uncle of Ashley and Andrew Hoffmann, Autumn Zentz and brother-in law of Linda Milne (Diego Leal), David Milne, and Phillip Vines (Sue).

Jeff was born August 20, 1966. He spent his childhood growing up in South Holland. He graduated from Thornwood High School and Triton College. He worked at Smith Chevrolet for 33 years. He loved his family, friends, and boating. He was always there for us and was generous to all who he came in contact with. He will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him. He will never be forgotten.

A Celebration of Life for Jeff will be held from 1:00 to 7:00 PM on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Kasey's "Knights of Columbus" located at 17800 Lorenz Ave., Lansing, Illinois. Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home has been entrusted with Jeff's care and arrangements.
