Gail Marie Bobic, age 68 of Lansing, IL, passed away on Friday, January 12, 2024. She was born to Steve and Helen Bobic on September 25, 1955 in Hammond, Indiana. She attended St. Ann Grade School and TF South High School. She was a loving sister to Tim Bobic of Bloomington, Illinois and Carol Buehler of Porter, Indiana. She was a long time member of St. Ann Church and a volunteer with their Grievance Ministry. You could occasionally see her walking around Wampum Lake with her faithful dog, Spunky.

A wake will be held at the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home, 3227 Ridge Rd, Lansing, IL on Friday, February 9 from 4:00 – 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, February 10 at 10:00 AM directly at St. Ann/All Souls Catholic Church, 3010 Ridge Rd., Lansing, IL. Graveside services will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 801 Michigan City Rd., Calumet City, IL. In lieu of flowers, and because of Gail's love of animals, please make donations in Gail's name to Humane Indiana, 421 45th Ave., Munster, IN 46321.
