Eugene J. Kozlowski, age 79, of Lansing, Illinois passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 30, 2021. He is survived by his loving and long time caregiver and sister-in-law Judi Kozlowski. Eugene was a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. Eugene was preceded in death by his loving parents Stanley and Stella Kozlowski, brothers; Edward Kozlowski, Ted Kozlowski, Casey Kozlowski, Joseph Kozlowski, Leon Kozlowski and sisters; Rose Broze, Esther Lyczak, and Barbara Harrington. There will a celebration of life for Eugene at a later date.

Eugene was a dedicated and dependable laborer for A&M Wood Products for many years. Eugene enjoyed playing Bingo with friends and he loved to dance the night away. He enjoyed animals and loved walking his dogs. He enjoyed watching the Chicago Bears every Sunday. Eugene had a beautiful, loving and generous heart. Eugene truly had a gift of making people feel special. He had a giving heart he displayed that to the women by giving them jewelry that he bought or made and the men received coins and waitress' sometimes received cookies. He never put himself first. That is a true mark of a Christian man. He was loved by many and he will be truly missed. Go Bears!!!
