Elsie Helen (nee DiCicco) Gismondi, age 97 of Boynton Beach, Florida passed away peacefully Tuesday, April 15, 2025. Elsie is survived by her loving family; Ann (LeRoy) Ferry, Regina (Jack) Markase, Julie (Joseph) Pedroza, and cherished grandmother to her grandchildren and also a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews and many friends. She is preceded in death by her loving husband John Gismondi, and her loving parents Joseph and Anna (nee Notardonato) DiCicco, Siblings, daughter Joan Gismondi and her granddaughter Melissa.

Elsie was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, daughter, sister and friend to all. Her loving and caring attitude and personality made everyone she met feel loved and welcomed. She enjoyed taking care of family, reading, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren.

Friends may visit with the family on Friday, April 25, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM with closing prayers beginning at 1:00 PM at the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home, 3227 Ridge Road, Lansing, Illinois. Elsie will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, Calumet City, Illinois.
