Diane Biegel, a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend passed away at the age of 78. Born and raised in Chicago, Diane's life was marked by her commitment to family and friends, as well as her career in hospitality in the Catholic school system, church involvement and the willingness to try a Lava Flow anywhere in Hawaii. She also loved to experience the grandkids joy when visiting Disney World.

She loved baking, and is well known for her German potato salad and apple slices, loved doing word searches-thanks to her sister Sue, keeping up with the grandkids busy lives and always WILLING to provide advice, as well as traveling Hawaii and exploring.

With her beloved husband of 55 years, late Robert "Bob" Biegel, they enjoyed spending time with kids and grandkids, as well as the many family gatherings each year. Some of their favorite memories are seeing Pearl Harbor, watching the sunrise on top of a volcano, listening to Hawaiian music and enjoying a tropical drink at the pool, going to Disney, with kids and grandkids and seeing who could get the most steps while enjoying Mickey.
