Darren John Vargo, age 52 of Lynwood, IL, passed away on Thursday, May 20, 2021. He is survived by his parents: John F. and (Marylinn) Vargo; sister: Lauri Vargo and her children: Nicholas and Paulie Buczkowski; brother: Brett Vargo; uncle and aunt: Bill and Julie Swintkowski; and aunt: Cheryl Miller. Darren was preceded in death by his mother: Nance Vargo and uncle: John Miller.

Friends are invited to visit with Darren's family on Sunday, June 6, 2021 from 2:00 – 6:00 PM at the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home, 3227 Ridge Rd., Lansing, IL.

Darren enjoyed fishing and helping people when ever he could. But his passion was working on cars and Darren was an artist when it came to painting cars.
