Bruce A. Frost, age 61 of Bourbonnais, IL, passed away at his home on Saturday, June 4, 2022. He is survived by his daughter: Laura (Patrick) DeYoung; son: David (Steven Brison) Frost; two grandchildren: Ali Leal and Ethan DeYoung; and sister: Alice (Paul) Tabbitt. Bruce was preceded in death by his parents: Gerald and Bette Frost; and two sisters: Terry Marie Bobb and Mary Westlock.

Friends are invited to visit with Bruce's family on Friday, June 17, 2022 from 3:00 – 7:00 PM at the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home, 3227 Ridge Rd., Lansing, IL. A funeral service will be held at 7:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bright Start, a college saving program for Bruce's grandchildren, Ali and Ethan.

Bruce worked as a diesel mechanic for the highway transportation system. His family said he would motorize everything. He was a Chicago Bears fan and lived near their training camp in Bourbonnais. He also enjoyed fishing occasionally. Mostly though, he loved his children and grandchildren.
