Anne Therese (nee Markovich) Brandt, age 87 of Lansing, Illinois passed away peacefully Monday, November 22, 2021. She is survived by her loving children; Michael (Carol) Brandt, Patrick Brandt, Kevin (Michelle) Brandt, and Steven (Kim) Brandt. Cherished grandmother of; Michael (Katie), Jonathan, Kraemer, Lexi, Kaitlyn, Ryan, Keegan, and Madison and great grandmother of Charlotte (Charlie). Anne is also survived by her loving sisters; Maryann, Rose Mary and sister-in-laws Pat Brandt and Mary Ann Parish. Anne is preceded in death by her loving husband Michael W. Brandt, Baby Brandt, parents Steve and Josephine Markovich, and brothers Steve and John.

Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home, 3227 Ridge Road, Lansing, Illinois. Funeral services for Anne will be held on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 with closing prayers beginning at 9:30 AM at the funeral home the proceeding to St. Ann Catholic Church, 3010 Ridge Road, Lansing, Illinois for a 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial. Anne will be laid to rest at St. John Catholic Cemetery, Hammond, Indiana.

Anne was nominated and won the Lansing volunteer of the year award. Anne was always giving back to the community, she enjoyed volunteering at the Lansing Food Pantry, Meal On Wheels and the St. Ann's Ladies Guild. Anne was a loving and caring, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. She was loved by many and she will be truly missed. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Anne's name to a charity of your choice.
