Andy Cusimano (nee Ryan) , Age 60 of Lansing, Illinois formerly of Maquoketa, Iowa passed away Friday, January 28, 2022. Andy is survived by her loving husband Anthony, and cherished daughter, Casey. Andy is also survived by her brother, Shawn Ryan, stepfather Jeri Smith, cousin René Cerjak, niece Ally Trumpy and nephews Connor and Logan Ryan and many other aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends may visit with the family on Friday, February 4th, 2022, at the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home, 3227 Ridge Road, Lansing, Illinois from 3:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral services for Andy will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022 with 9:30 AM closing prayers at the funeral Home, then proceeding to St. Ann Catholic Church, 3010 Ridge Road, Lansing, Illinois for a 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial. Cremation to follow.

Andy was an amazing and phenomenal wife, mother, sister and friend. She was an extraordinary teacher that had so much love for all her students with her 12 years of teaching. She was "High on Life, baby!" and made each day memorable. Her love of thrifting helped her make friends everywhere she went. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Andy's name to the American Cancer Society, or any Teachers Association. Andy was loved by many and she will be truly missed.
