Adele Wardell, age 79 of Lynwood, IL, passed away at her residence on Monday, September 7, 2020. She is survived by her daughter: Julie (Richard) Wardell Kopij; brothers: Klaude Miller and Frank Miller; and long-time companion: Michael Scott Dugan. Adele was preceded in death by her parents: Frank and Helen Miller.

Adele will be laid to rest in Assumption Cemetery on Friday, September 11, 2020. Father William McFarlane will conduct the interment service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Adele's name to Humane Indiana Shelter/Estelle Marcos Clinic, 421 45 ^th Ave., Munster, IN 46321.

Adele had worked for many years in customer service at Union National Bank/Steel City Bank/MB Financial. Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home has been entrusted with Adele's care.
